Princess Adebimpe

I called you Aavaaaaam (FM)! You called me Za(THE)Biiiimpsssss! You called me other names too just to tease me. I’d keep you on the phone forever. U were never in a hurry to get off the phone. U always ended our calls with “I love u, love u, love u.” My heart aches so badly. I wake up every day hoping and praying this is only a nightmare. Adekunle Adeniyi Adelodun ….no one can ever fill the space you occupied and will forever occupy in my heart. You were an awesome brother and my best mate.

You put all of us first before yourself. You were happy to be without as long as we had. You were happy to give your heart to us as long as we lived. You never kept malice nor grudges. You were incapable of making enemies. You were a big softie…..I could go on and on and on. What can I say? This is a great loss……a mighty one. Give us strength oh Lord! You positively touched so many lives. I’m struggling to believe you’re truly not here physically anymore. Ah! Oluwao.

How do we deal with your absence? How?? I guess all we can do now is celebrate the life of God that was evident in your selfless, loving and lively personality: drawing strength from this, we will do our best to keep the memories of that spirit alive in all we do. ADEKUNLE ADENIYI ADELODUN, my best mate, my buddy.

You live on! I love you, love you, love you, love you, love you, and love you forever”.
